SUMMARY:Portland Trail Series Summer Race #5 & Party
DESCRIPTION:The Portland Trail Series Summer races are every Wednesday evening\, for five weeks in a row. Runner experience a different course each race\, with a distance between 4 and 7 miles each. They always include some hills. These low-key events are great for first-time trail races and also a heart-rate-spiking opportunity for experienced racers to push themselves. There’s an awards party at the Lucky Labrador Beer Hall immediately after the final race.

DESCRIPTION:The Gnar Gnar is simple fun. You run up the mountain and back down. Simple! It’s just 6-miles\, but of course it isn’t easy as you climb up almost 2\,000 feet in 3.5 miles and scream back down in 2.5. This occurs at Mt. SUMMARY:Portland Trail Series Fall Race #1
DESCRIPTION:The thing that makes the Fall series unique and even more fun is you get to run in the dark! This five-race series in Forest Park features a different route each week\, each between 4 and 7 miles. Depending on your speed (and it is open to blazing fast and slow-newbies alike) you’ll start and/or finish at least a couple of the races in the dark. Points are earned for each race based on finishing placement and there’s an award party after the last race where we celebrate and give out lots of great prizes. Register for the whole series to secure a spot\, or take a chance on a no-show spot when you drop in for $20 to each race.
